On behalf of one of our client companies, a small independent fiduciary firm in full development near Lausanne, we are looking for a fiduciary accountant wishing to join a human-sized structure, close to its clients and offering a flexible working environment.

As part of its development, our client wishes to strengthen its team with a profile having solid initial experience in fiduciary work and wishing to establish a long-term relationship within the company.

Your responsibilities

• Autonomous management of a portfolio of mainly local clients
• Keeping accounts and closures
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and corporations
• Management and monitoring of salaries and social charges
• Regular contact with clients and support in their accounting and administrative issues

Your profile

• Higher education in accounting, ideally Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in fiduciary work in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and taxation
• Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility
• Ease in dealing with SME and entrepreneur clients
• Pragmatic mindset and taste for working in a human-sized structure
