Are you our new team member who will support us as Deputy Head: Catering immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday in a 100% role, usually from 08:00 to 17:00. Working hours depend on catering orders; occasional shifts in the evening and on Saturdays are possible.
Our task menu
- Independently plan, coordinate and actively work at the front for caterings and special events
- Prepare offers and invoices
- Creatively implement customer wishes and ensure the highest quality and service standards
- Plan daily operations with the Catering Management and confidently represent them during absences
- Create duty rosters, prepare offers and billing, and plan personnel
- Lead briefings and actively promote employees
- Comply with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Your recipe for success
- Completed basic training in gastronomy
- At least 3 years of gastronomy experience, necessarily in a lively event environment
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
- Affinity for numbers, very good MS Office and industry software skills
- Confident German and good English skills
- Organisational talent with an infectious positive charisma
