Construction Manager Tunnel Construction (m/f/d)

- Participation in our construction management team on tunnel construction sites in Switzerland, from renovation and conversion projects to complete new builds
- Coordination and supervision of construction processes on site, focusing on timely completion, cost control, and quality assurance
- Verification of dimensions, cost planning and control, as well as preparation and processing of claims and tenders
- Participation in regular construction meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up of tasks and deadlines
- Close collaboration with clients, planners, and contractors as well as support of project management and/or chief construction management
Qualifications:
- Completed training in construction, supplemented by further education or at least 1 year of professional experience as a construction manager or construction technician, ideally in infrastructure or tunnel construction
- Independent and responsible working style, combined with a high standard of quality
- Reliability and good organisational skills, even in stressful situations
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness, combined with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Category B driving licence and enjoyment of working on construction sites
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
