Your mission
You will participate in the administrative, technical and legal processing of building permit procedures as well as in the monitoring of construction sites within the municipal territory. You ensure the application of federal, cantonal and municipal legal provisions regarding construction, spatial planning and building regulations.
In this context, you advise residents, representatives and municipal authorities within your area of expertise.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the complete administrative follow-up of building permit files.
- Carry out publications related to the public inquiry of construction files.
- Verify the compliance of execution documents and completed works.
- Conduct site inspections within the municipal territory.
- Advise owners and representatives on applicable procedures and requirements.
- Perform tasks related to building regulations enforcement.
- Issue occupancy or operating permits after checking the necessary documents.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a building draughtsperson, civil engineering technician, foreman mason or equivalent training.
- Federal diploma or higher education diploma in construction or civil engineering.
- Professional experience in construction and spatial planning.
- Good knowledge of building permit procedures and applicable legal bases.
- Good command of IT and office software tools.
- Excellent command of French and good writing skills.
- Autonomy, organisational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously.
- Driving licence desired.
