ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to realise demanding IT projects and implement modern workplace, cloud, and network solutions for business customers? In this position, you accompany technical projects from requirements gathering to productive commissioning. You combine solid Microsoft know-how with practical experience in cloud, hybrid, and network infrastructures and are an important technical contact for your customers.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of ICT projects around Microsoft 365 and Azure, including the integration of existing systems.
Building, migrating, and optimising cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures for various corporate environments.
Implementing modern communication solutions, especially Microsoft Teams telephony, as well as integrating suitable telephony platforms.
Configuring and further developing networks, WLAN, switching, routing, and firewall systems.
Analysing technical requirements, advising customers, and handling complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, ICT engineer, or IT technician with a focus on infrastructure projects.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Good expertise in Microsoft Azure, for example in the areas of compute, identity, networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Practical experience with network technologies and security solutions, including switches, WLAN, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
Independent and structured working style, strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and enjoyment in independently implementing technical projects.
