As an administrative secretary in the biopsy secretariat, you are an important contact point for our administrative processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. With your precise and reliable way of working, you make a valuable contribution to the efficient processing of reports, patient data, and orders, optimally supporting our diagnostics.

Your main tasks
- Accurate addressing and entry of billing data for internal and external orders
- Recording of gynaecological cases
- Telephone and written information and enquiries
- Preparation and billing of tumour boards
- Typing histological and cytological reports from dictation or via the SynReport tool
- Completion of all secretarial tasks (archiving, national and international mail and material dispatch)
- Enjoyment of routine tasks
Your profile
- Commercial or medical basic training
- Completed training or further education as a medical/ hospital secretary desirable
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Reliability, independence and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented and solution-focused thinking
- Openness to new things and willingness to continuously improve workflows
- Enjoyment of writing and confident use of medical terminology
