Housekeeping Team Leader 80-100%

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of housekeeping including cleaning and textile supply
• Responsibility for personnel and organisational leadership within housekeeping (team of 5 employees)
• Co-responsibility for area-specific purchasing, inventory management and housekeeping budget
• Monthly billing for additional services as well as conducting statistics Implementation of group-wide concepts, guidelines, standards and process specifications
• Planning, execution and documentation of the quality management system
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with internal and external partners
• Employee recruitment, staff planning and conducting staff training
• Responsible for the proper cleaning of all assigned rooms and facilities
• Responsible for textile supply including work and professional clothing as well as guest laundry
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and personal hygiene standards according to company instructions
• Active participation in housekeeping

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified housekeeper (EFZ)
• Professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
• Value-oriented leadership style, resilience and independent working method
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work weekends
