Customer Advisor Internal Sales (m/f/d)

For our client, a traditional and independent Swiss family business in the packaging industry located in Oensingen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and team-oriented Customer Advisor Internal Sales in a full-time position.

your tasks

• Support and development of existing as well as new customers in Western Switzerland and France
  
• Independent handling of customer orders from quotation to invoicing
  
• Advising your customers and clarifying technical as well as commercial questions
  
• Close cooperation with the field sales, planning, production and other interfaces
  
• Coordination and recording of internal and external orders
  
• Handling complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction

your skills

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in the graphic or packaging industry
  
• Several years of experience in internal sales
  
• Very good German, French and English skills, spoken and written
  
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as Microsoft 365
  
• Customer-oriented, solution-driven personality with a high quality standard
  
• Independent, structured, process- and solution-oriented way of working
