Accountant Payroll (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
Do you want to combine your experience in financial accounting with your payroll knowledge and take on a varied area of responsibility? In this role, you will manage both financial and personnel-related processes and ensure correct and timely processing. You work independently, are an important contact person for various topics, and actively contribute to the further development of financial and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing and ensure correct and timely execution
You maintain and check payroll-relevant data and handle personnel mutations
You participate in quarterly and annual closing tasks and prepare the necessary documents
You ensure compliance with relevant legal and personnel-related requirements
You manage the accounts payable and monitor the corresponding processes
You support accounts receivable, invoicing and debt management
You prepare the required tax and VAT returns
You assist with audits and provide relevant documents and evaluations
You monitor liquidity and support financial planning
You contribute to budgeting and planning processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and have further trained in finance and accounting or in the payroll area
You bring several years of professional experience in payroll processing as well as practical experience in finance and accounting
You are familiar with the relevant processes around payroll, social insurance and personnel-related accounting
You work confidently with ERP and accounting systems and are proficient in MS Office
You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple topics
You have very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
