System Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Planning, operation and further development of complex IT infrastructures with Windows and cloud systems
Setup and administration of Windows server, network and virtualisation environments
Design, implementation and support of backup and recovery solutions
Management of licenses, Active Directory and Group Policies as well as optimisation of existing systems
Leading IT projects and technical coordination of employees and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and at least 5 years of professional experience
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, networks, firewalls, WLAN and virtualisation with VMware or Proxmox
Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, cloud solutions and ideally PowerShell
Experience in project management, technical coordination and professional leadership
Very good German and English skills, independent and customer-oriented working style; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
