Role:
In this position, you are responsible for an existing client portfolio and comprehensively support your clients in trust matters. You ensure the reliable management of complex financial and payroll accounting as well as the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. Additionally, you lead the responsible project teams professionally and continuously develop client relationships and your mandate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and development of an existing client portfolio
Management of complex financial and payroll accounting for various clients
Preparation of VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements, and tax returns
Personal consulting and support of clients on financial and trust-related issues
Professional leadership and coordination of the responsible project teams
Client support on-site upon request
Maintenance and targeted use of your regional network to further develop mandates
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in trust services or finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in trust services
Solution-oriented thinking and initiative in handling demanding client concerns
Resilience and perseverance even during busy periods
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of partnership-based communication
High affinity for digital working methods and modern trust solutions
Ability to use your regional network purposefully for mandate management and development
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
