Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Client Representation & Renovation for the technical supervision and sustainable value preservation of a diverse real estate portfolio. You plan and manage repairs, renovations and major cyclical renewals of residential and commercial properties from project definition to completion. In doing so, you develop renovation and maintenance concepts, coordinate clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors, and are responsible for implementing the construction measures. The position combines construction management, client representation and property maintenance with high project responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Co-responsibility for the planned maintenance, repair and value preservation of an existing real estate portfolio
Independent management of renovation, conversion and renewal projects from project definition to acceptance and handover
Planning and implementation of architectural and construction services for residential and commercial properties
Analysis of the building condition and development of renovation, repair and maintenance concepts
Identification of constructional and technical optimisation potentials within existing properties
Assumption of client representation vis-à-vis planners, authorities, contractors and other project participants
Management and control of costs, deadlines and execution quality during planning and realisation
Coordination of architects, specialist planners, experts and executing companies
Support of tendering, offer comparisons, awards and contracts
Review and processing of claims, invoices, cost forecasts and project accounts
Direct professional advice to owners and internal clients on constructional and building technology issues
Maintenance of project, cost and construction documentation with common construction administration systems
Qualifications:
Degree as Architect FH/ETH, certified construction manager, HF building technician or comparable qualification
Several years of Swiss professional experience in renovation, conversion, construction management or client representation
Experience in managing repair and renewal projects for existing properties
Sound knowledge of cost, schedule and quality management as well as tendering and awarding
Experience in coordinating authorities, specialist planners, contractors and clients
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / MS Office as well as construction administration software, ideally WinBau
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
