Electrical Project Manager M/F/D

Regular, methodical and a true driving force on electrical sites? Our client is looking for their future Electrical Project Manager (M/F) to orchestrate large-scale operations.

Your main tasks:

• Business management: Take charge of the entire project lifecycle (tertiary, industrial or residential sectors), from the analysis phase to final delivery.

• Financial management & Organisation: Define schedules, control budget envelopes and ensure the operational margin of each operation.

• Field supervision: Coordinate the joint action of designers, on-site personnel and external contractors.

• Decision-making interface: Represent the company to developers, architects and control services, ensuring strict compliance with the regulatory framework (NIBT / OIBT).

• Commercial action: Contribute to costing, drafting comparative offers and maintaining a network of local partners.

Your qualifications:

• Education: Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer, ideally enhanced by a federal certificate, a higher education diploma or a specialised engineering degree.

• Know-how: Solid experience in business follow-up on the Swiss market and perfect integration of the NIBT/OIBT regulatory framework.

• Tools: Comfortable with office software and proficient in cost estimation and planning software.

• Interpersonal skills: Assertive leader, good communicator and responsive, able to keep calm in the face of technical challenges.

• Requirements: Valid driving licence.
