Sanitary Planner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Development of sanitary concepts for various construction projects
- Creation of technical drawings, plans, and specifications for sanitary installations
- Consultation with clients, architects, and civil engineers
- Carrying out calculations and dimensioning of sanitary systems
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, costs, and quality of sanitary installations
- Deputy site management
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner / HVAC
- Initial professional experience as a sanitary specialist planner
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and CAD Nova
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
