Technical responsibility combined with initial leadership skills: We are looking for an experienced system engineering professional who will technically lead a small IT team, further develop modern Windows infrastructures and create stable and future-oriented solutions together with the team.
Responsibilities:
Technical leadership and coordination of a small team in the area of Windows system engineering
Ensuring reliable operation of modern Microsoft infrastructure platforms
Responsibility for the further development and optimisation of Windows server and client environments
Supporting the team with complex technical issues and escalations
Planning and implementation of infrastructure projects and technical improvement measures
Further development of operational processes, standards and automation solutions
Ensuring security, performance and availability of the system landscape
Participation in topics related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and modern workplace solutions
Promoting knowledge exchange and supporting the continuous development of the team
Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications:
Education in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience as a system engineer with a focus on Microsoft Windows
Initial experience in personnel leadership
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructures
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell or automation is an advantage
Understanding of modern IT operational processes and security requirements
Communicative personality with enthusiasm for leadership and technology
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Motivation to actively develop a team and advance technical standards
