Your main tasks:

• Respond to requests from our clients (Front / Middle / Back-office) in the field of personal and business credit
• Analyse business needs, structure and propose suitable technical solutions
• Participate in business projects as an expert contact for analysis and development activities in a multi-technology Agile environment.
• Perform corrective, evolutionary and preventive maintenance of credit domain applications on Mainframe. Handle incidents.
• Develop, assemble and prepare the deployment of application components as part of platform development
• Carry out unit and integration tests
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development and maintenance processes
• Provide on-call services if necessary

Your profile:

• Higher education in IT or finance (university master’s degree or equivalent)
• At least 5 years in a banking/insurance environment with similar responsibilities, credit domain is a plus.
• Experience in analysing and writing banking functional and technical specifications. Certification in requirements analysis, a plus (IIBA, PMI or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Cobol, DB2, SPUFI and/or JCL development in a multi-technology application environment (CA Gen, Cobol, Java). Proficiency in the Broadcom CA Gen development suite, a plus.
• Analytical skills, organisational skills, solution-oriented, service-minded and team spirit, ability to work independently
• Swiss resident or willingness to relocate to Switzerland in the short term
• English level B2
