What you achieve

• Handling legal issues related to occupational pensions, foundation law, and other areas of social insurance law as well as private law
• Drafting opinions and decision-making bases
• Contact with employers, insured persons, foundation board members, legal representatives, and supervisory authorities
• Project collaboration also within the framework of foundation management
• Writing legal documents and representing Helvetia in settlement negotiations and court proceedings

What you bring

• Law degree (lic. iur. or Master of Law)
• Specialist in occupational benefits with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the BVG area
• Knowledge of general social insurance law (knowledge of insurance law and investment law is an advantage)
• High self-organisation, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical thinking ability
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good French and/or Italian skills
