What you achieve

• Independent and proactive handling of complex personal injury claims in collective daily sickness benefits
• Review of contractual bases, entitlement requirements, and scope of benefits
• Active case management in close cooperation with external case management, consulting doctors, and internal specialist departments
• Regular exchange as well as written and telephone clarifications with insured persons, employers, authorities, doctors, legal representatives, and other involved parties.
• Drafting demanding correspondence and conducting complex conversations with tact
• Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, UVG team, specialist management, and consulting health
• Coordination with other social insurances (IV, ALV, UVG, BVG, etc.)
• Accompanying and supporting customer visits

What you bring

• Several years of experience in handling complex daily sickness benefit cases
• Commercial or medical basic training with further education in insurance (e.g. social insurance specialist or insurance specialist with federal diploma)
• Very good medical understanding and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to conduct even difficult conversations professionally
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• High service and customer orientation as well as pronounced sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills; French or Italian are a plus
