External Representative for the Canton of Vaud (Kitchen Department) 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Ensure follow-up with property management clients and be proactive in acquiring new clients
- Prospect and negotiate contracts with our clients (property management companies)
- Analyse and prepare offers
- Monitor projects, ensure professional appointments (taking measurements)
- Analyse results and the market to implement sales development action plans
- Participate in various regional events and activities to develop your network
Your Profile
- Hold a sales qualification with several years of experience
- Demonstrate good knowledge in kitchen sales (specifically with property management companies)
- Be integrated into the region's economic fabric
- Have strong negotiation skills and aim for commercial performance
- Be proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
- Be proficient with kitchen design software (Winner)
- Good command of English required
- Creativity, curiosity, dynamism and commercial excellence are among your strengths
