Digital Solutions Manager (m/f/d)

Design of future company applications in close coordination with ICT management and specialist departments.
Planning and implementation of cross-departmental technology projects with responsibility for financial resources, capacities, and project progress.
Ensuring availability and security of business-critical software including maintenance windows, version changes, and controlled adjustments.
Management of escalations as well as professional coordination of downstream support units, service providers, and manufacturers.
Further development of data flows and integrations as well as participation in specifications regarding information protection, regulatory requirements, and privacy.
Qualifications:
Higher qualification in IT, Business Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
Proven professional experience in supporting enterprise software combined with experience in managing more complex projects.
Confident handling of Microsoft cloud and collaboration services, especially M365, Azure, SharePoint, and Power BI; ERP knowledge, preferably SAP Business One, is desirable.
Understanding of infrastructure contexts, cybersecurity, data protection, contractual relationships, and software licensing.
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, high personal responsibility, as well as convincing communication and consulting skills.
Very good German and good to very good English skills.
