Salary - CHF125,000 - 145,000Role:
In the exclusive mandate of Zollicont Treuhand AG in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary personality who independently manages demanding mandates and simultaneously takes responsibility for a team. Since 1987, Zollicont has been supporting SMEs and private individuals in accounting, personnel administration, taxes, auditing and business consulting, combining personal customer care with modern, digital processes.

Responsibilities:
Independent management and comprehensive support of own fiduciary mandates
Professional leadership, coaching and development of team members
Preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
Advising clients on accounting, taxes, payroll and business management issues
Ensuring quality, deadlines and efficient mandate processing
Active development of customer relationships and digital fiduciary processes
Qualifications:
Further training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate, certified fiduciary expert or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in independent mandate management
Sound knowledge of accounting, financial statements, VAT and taxes
Initial leadership or coaching experience or clear motivation for team leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer orientation and confident appearance
Very good German skills; additional language skills are welcome in the diverse client environment
