Role:
As a maintenance electrician, you are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of machines and systems. You not only carry out maintenance but are also an important part of modernisation and optimisation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Performing electrical maintenance work and repairs on production machines and systems
- Troubleshooting: Analysing and resolving faults in controls to ensure continuous operation
- Project Support: Assisting with conversions, modernisations, and optimisations of systems and equipment in electrical matters
- Wiring Diagrams and Programming: Creating and updating wiring diagrams and PLC programmes
- External Collaboration: Coordinating with machine suppliers and external specialists
- Data Backup: Securing control and machine parameters for long-term operational optimisation
- Material Procurement: Procuring electrical materials for daily operations
Qualifications:
- Training: Completed vocational training as an electrical installer, electrical fitter, or automation technician with at least three years of experience in machine maintenance
- Qualification: Authorisation according to Art. 13 NIV is advantageous
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with PLC controls, especially Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal, or Beckhoff TwinCAT 2/3, is desirable
- Working Method: Independent, reliable, and precise working style with a high level of responsibility
- Interest in Technology: Enthusiasm for new technologies and a pragmatic approach to technical challenges
- Language Skills: Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- IT Skills: Confident handling of IT applications
