Your Tasks and Prospects

• Responsibility for organising consultations and efficient appointment coordination
• Telephone handling of internal and external contacts as well as processing emails and general correspondence of the Medical Clinic
• Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
• Supporting medical staff from assistant doctors to senior physicians

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with experience in a hospital environment
• Enjoyment of independent work in a small, family-like team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; KISIM knowledge is an advantage
• An open and flexible personality with enthusiasm for patient contact
