Production Quality Manager (M/F)
Your role: You report to the Industrial Operations Management. You are the quality expert dedicated to chip manufacturing (Front-End environment). Your objective is to ensure excellence across the entire production line. You ensure strict compliance with customer requirements.
Your responsibilities:
IC Quality Management: You deploy the quality policy at the heart of the cleanrooms. You guarantee Front-End compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
Change Management (Process): You chair the modification validation committees (PCRB). You secure every evolution of IC manufacturing processes.
- Front-End Process Control: You supervise the application of advanced control methods (SPC, MSA, FDC). You optimise the use of tracking systems (MES).
- Non-Conformity Management: You lead the non-conforming material reviews (MRB) and quickly assess risks related to defects on wafers.
Scrap Analysis: You coordinate technical investigations on Front-End lines. You target root causes of failures. You drive continuous improvement with process engineers.
Manufacturing Audits: You manage the internal audit programme of the cleanroom. You ensure correction of identified deviations. You propose annual improvement plans.
Complaint Handling: You take charge of customer disputes involving Front-End manufacturing. You resolve issues definitively. You work closely with the Customer Quality department.
Your profile:
You hold an Engineering degree (Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics).
You have 10 years of experience in a high-tech industry.
You have at least 5 years of experience in Quality management.
You are ideally certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
You master ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards (as well as the "Core Tools").
You possess excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
You are a recognised leader. You know how to unite multidisciplinary teams.
You are fluent in French and English.
