- Conception, setup and further development of Microsoft Windows-based system landscapes (internally and at clients)
- Analysis, planning, implementation and testing of new solutions
- Lead engineer for complex new installations and migration projects
- 2nd-level support (remote and on-site)
- Operation and further development of server, storage, backup, cloud and virtualisation solutions
- Use of modern technologies such as Proxmox (hypervisor) and UDS (VDI)
- Collaboration and coordination with external partners
- Quality- and communication-oriented project management
- Several years of experience as a system and network administrator
- Very good knowledge in:
- Windows Server and Microsoft operating systems
- Virtualisation and hypervisors (including Proxmox advantageous)
- Storage, backup and cloud environments
- Network and security components (Aruba, Fortinet advantageous)
- Classic system landscapes (e.g. HPE servers)
- Specialist further training in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Windows Server, Azure)
- Experience in designing and carrying out new installations and migration projects
- High self-motivation, independence and ability to work in a team
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B

Profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ System Technology or IT degree- Several years of experience as a system and network administrator
- Very good knowledge in:
- Windows Server and Microsoft operating systems
- Virtualisation and hypervisors (including Proxmox advantageous)
- Storage, backup and cloud environments
- Network and security components (Aruba, Fortinet advantageous)
- Classic system landscapes (e.g. HPE servers)
- Specialist further training in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Windows Server, Azure)
