General & Analytical Accountant - Minimum 3 Month Assignment - ASAP

Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading group based in Geneva, a 100% General and Analytical Accountant, for a temporary assignment of at least 3 months, with the possibility of progression to a permanent position.

Your main duties will be as follows:

- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the general accounting for several companies within the group;
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
- Analyse and reconcile accounts, notably intercompany flows;
- Conduct accounting and financial analyses related to real estate activities and projects;
- Participate in the preparation of financial reporting and performance monitoring;
- Contribute to restructuring, merger work and ensuring the reliability of accounting data;
- Monitor and analyse the group’s various financial operations;
- Participate in the improvement and optimisation of accounting and financial processes;
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager and the Finance Department.

Profile sought:

- You hold a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, a Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent qualification;
- You have proven experience in general accounting, ideally gained in a multi-company environment;
- You possess strong skills in general accounting and good financial analysis capabilities;
- You master closing processes and are comfortable with intercompany operations;
- Ideally, you have experience in fiduciary services, family office or the real estate sector;
- You are proficient with an accounting ERP, ideally Abacus, or an equivalent software such as Sage;
- You have a good level of French and an operational understanding of English;
- You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, adaptability and can thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment;
