Personnel and Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established Swiss firm with extensive expertise in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, tax consulting, as well as business management consulting. With high professional competence, many years of experience, and a strong customer orientation, it supports companies, SMEs, and private individuals with financial, tax, and entrepreneurial issues.
Responsibilities:
In this versatile role, you will take on central tasks in financial accounting while also working in the personnel area.
You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure a smooth payment and dunning process.
You will also be involved in financial statements and VAT returns as well as in the support of various companies.
In the HR area, you support payroll processing, social security accounting, personnel administration, and recruitment.
Qualifications:
A commercial education and several years of experience in finance and accounting form your foundation.
You are confident in handling accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, VAT, and closing tasks.
Your working style is analytical, independent, precise, and reliable.
You communicate very confidently in German.
