- You actively continue to lead the vocational education organisation under your professional responsibility with over 10 training professions and accompany it from today into tomorrow.
- You drive the processes and organisation of vocational education strategically and operationally forward.
- You ensure the planning, compliance, and review of training capacity, budget, and quality.
- As a sparring partner for the line organisation, you take responsibility for ewz’s role as a modern training company.
- You represent vocational education towards the City of Zurich as well as external partners and strengthen visibility and networking.
What you bring with you
- Your education (FH/HF/HFP) supports you in approaching topics conceptually and strategically in a multifaceted and broad manner.
- A specific training or further education in vocational education (diploma / professional certificate) is part of your operational profile.
- You have proven practical experience in training and developing young people, preferably in the field of technology / industry.
- You are experienced in designing and implementing change processes and bring valuable practical insights.
- Leadership and management in heterogeneous teams are not theory for you but proven everyday practice.
