What is my role?

Our client is looking for an alert personality as a Commercial Employee for the area of Further Education Titles. You will become part of a committed team and support as the first point of contact for questions regarding medical further education.

Your activities in this exciting role are as follows:

• As a competent contact point, you answer telephone questions about medical further education in 1st level support

• For more complex issues, you ensure that these are forwarded to the responsible specialists in the area of further education titles

• You take on administrative tasks related to the awarding of specialist medical titles and thus contribute to the smooth handling of important processes

• In close cooperation with the internal team and external partners, you ensure efficient processing of all concerns

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training or equivalent

• Confident German and French skills (each at level C1)

• Enjoyment of working in a customer-oriented environment

• Precise and independent working style
