Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
The company is an established fiduciary and consulting firm with extensive expertise in finance and accounting, tax consulting, auditing, and business management consulting. With high professional competence, many years of experience, and a strong customer focus, it supports companies, SMEs, and private individuals with financial, tax, and entrepreneurial issues. Response will be generated.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You are responsible for payroll accounting and ensure correct and timely payroll processing.
You handle personnel administration including employment contracts and personnel files.
As a contact person, you support employees and external partners with payroll and personnel-related questions.
You participate in HR projects and support management with administrative matters.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or payroll.
You bring several years of experience in financial and payroll accounting.
You have good knowledge of Swiss social security and labour law.
You work confidently with common accounting and payroll systems as well as MS Office.
You have fluent German language skills.
