About the job
Actively shape the future of the Vocational Education Centre for Nature and Nutrition, BBZN, in this newly created key role. You will take on an important role in the school management and be responsible for the cross-site leadership and further development of our service areas in Hohenrain, Schüpfheim and Sursee.
Your tasks
- As a member of the school management team, you contribute to the further development and implementation of the BBZN's sub-strategy and thus actively shape the future direction of the BBZN.
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership of the service areas at all three locations. In total, you lead around 30 employees, 10 of them directly. Your area of responsibility includes administration, finance, ICT, canteen/boarding school and building services.
- Especially in the areas of finance and ICT, you provide orientation, prepare relevant information, interpret key figures and jointly derive fields of action with those responsible.
- You lead and coordinate projects in the areas of infrastructure, real estate and services and continuously develop cross-site processes and structures.
- You actively participate in HR concepts and processes and, if necessary, deputise for the HR managers of the BBZN.
- You represent the BBZN in committees of the Vocational and Further Education Department and ensure that the concerns of the BBZN are well integrated.
Your profile
- A commercial or business administration education with corresponding advanced training forms your professional basis.
- You ideally bring several years of professional and leadership experience from the areas of administration or finance. Experience with ICT, project management, infrastructure or comparable service areas is a plus.
- Networked and conceptual thinking, initiative and a solution-oriented way of working are among your strengths. You can classify, prepare and make numbers and contexts usable for decisions.
- You lead cooperatively and consensus-oriented, include different perspectives and manage to win people over to joint solutions. Even in demanding change processes, you remain committed, clear and solution-oriented.
- You enjoy building new things and merging existing ones. You see different cultures, expectations and interests as part of your leadership task and deal with them constructively and persistently.
- Three locations are part of your daily work: You are willing and flexible to be regularly present in Schüpfheim, Hohenrain and Sursee.
