Quality Specialist, Practice & Education Spitex 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a specialist who professionally supports and advises Spitex organisations throughout Switzerland from the office level.

Your key tasks:

• You are the indispensable contact person for Spitex organisations across Switzerland for tricky questions about care services, processes or documentation, by phone, email and in advisory discussions

• You confidently navigate between health insurers and member organisations, defuse complex situations and find practical solutions

• You develop and lead inspiring training sessions, webinars and specialist events that really make a difference

• You create practical tools, information sheets and aids that make the daily work of hundreds of nursing professionals across Switzerland easier ?

• You drive forward the development of outpatient care in exciting projects and build bridges between practice, politics and association levels

Your practical experience from Spitex makes the difference, because you know exactly what you are talking about and can now make your expertise a gamechanger for others from an advisory perspective.

You bring exactly what we are looking for:

• A completed nursing education at HF/FH level

• Genuine Spitex experience that really matters: You know the daily routine and the challenges

• You understand how the organisation runs. From care processes to the sometimes tricky dance with health insurers

• Quality, further education and fresh ideas make your heart beat faster rather than make you yawn

• You communicate clearly, fluently and with joy, whether with nurses on site, insurers or association representatives

In short: You have your roots firmly in practice and now want to contribute your knowledge and experience in a new role where you support others and actively help shape the Spitex landscape.
