Customer Care & Sales Support Specialist

A leading Swiss full-service provider in the medical, beauty, and practice equipment sector is seeking reinforcement for the dedicated sales team in the Bern region. In this versatile position, you will combine sales administration, active customer consulting, and showroom support. The workplace is in the Burgdorf region (100% workload).

Main tasks:

• Telephone and written order and purchase processing in ERP (TOSCA)

• Lead management, quotation preparation, and sales correspondence

• Expert advice and support for customers in the showroom and at exhibitions

• Maintenance of customer master data as well as processing of returns

• Close collaboration and interface work with field service and branches

• Active knowledge transfer in the product range and support of apprentices

Desired profile:

• Commercial basic training or experience in internal sales/customer service

• Strong sales and customer orientation with a technical flair

• Solid MS Office and ERP knowledge

• Native German speaker with good knowledge of French, Italian, or English (advantageous)

• Organisational talent, resilience, and high flexibility

• Independent, precise working style and pronounced team spirit
