Responsibilities:
- Additionally, you are responsible for all purchasing matters such as handling complaints, incorrect deliveries, short deliveries, reminders, following up on backorders as well as maintaining supplier master data
- You contribute to achieving availability and inventory targets and actively participate in projects
- You are responsible for organising and procuring all warehouse, non-warehouse and special items within the assigned product groups
- You ensure that all delivery dates are met by proactively managing scheduling
- Furthermore, you are responsible for conducting invoice checks and monitoring the request for credit notes
Qualifications:
- You possess negotiation skills, assertiveness and a high level of responsibility
- Ideally, you have completed further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate
- You have completed a technical or commercial basic education as well as several years of experience in a comparable position
- You are an implementation-strong, dynamic, holistic-thinking and acting personality
- Your working style is independent, precise and swift
- You have a confident command of German and additional language skills are an advantage
