YOUR MISSION:

• Produce quality code by making well-argued technical decisions while evaluating trade-offs (performance, maintainability, cost, time-to-market).
• Design and evolve the architecture of our developments with a long-term vision.
• Navigate between cloud and on-premises deployments, on Linux and Windows environments.
• Read, understand and utilise technical documentation independently.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully: as a productivity and exploration accelerator, not as a substitute for understanding the code you deliver.
• Actively collaborate within the developer team and challenge technical choices in a positive atmosphere.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are a HES/EPF engineer (or equivalent) with good knowledge of software architecture.
• You have experience in Java and/or a strong understanding of object-oriented patterns.
• You can read dense technical documentation and extract what matters, demonstrating autonomy in your analysis.
• You are comfortable with web standards (REST, OAuth, OpenAPI) as well as containerisation (Docker).
• You are curious, rigorous, and prefer to understand the "why" before coding the "how".
• You use AI daily but remain capable of explaining, challenging and correcting what it produces.
• Experience in multi-tenant or distributed architecture as well as knowledge of time series databases is a plus. Knowing how to deploy with Kubernetes is also an asset.
