Mission

• As the head of the Convenience Products and Meat department, your goal is to offer your customers a shopping experience focused on freshness.
• You regularly ensure restocking to guarantee the constant availability of products. Once on the shelves, the products immediately awaken the appetite.
• You respond competently and kindly to your customers' questions or requests.
• Respect and good team spirit are your watchwords as a manager.

Required skills

• You have completed initial training as a butcher/charcutier, cook in retail, or have equivalent professional experience in the Convenience Products/Meat sector.
• You have gained sales and management experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the goods in the Convenience Products and Meat area of responsibility is a significant advantage.
• You enjoy advising customers and sharing your interest in quality products and your culinary knowledge.
• You have a good level of French, both written and spoken.
• You are flexible regarding working hours.
• You adapt easily to new IT tools.
