Senior Business Consultant ITSM & AI (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you advise companies on the digitalisation and optimisation of their business processes. You analyse requirements, develop sustainable solution concepts and accompany customers from conception to successful implementation. You combine process consulting, IT service management and modern AI technologies to realise efficient and future-oriented business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analysis, modelling and optimisation of business processes as well as conducting workshops with customers
Design and implementation of process-oriented solution architectures in enterprise and IT service management
Planning, coordination and professional support of customer projects including effort estimation and project controlling
Conducting integration and quality tests as well as ensuring clean project documentation
Training users and sustainable knowledge transfer to customers
Support in specialist topics such as presales, product management, knowledge management or training
Continuous evaluation and integration of AI solutions to optimise business processes
Qualifications:
Completed studies or further education (HF/FH/University) in business informatics or computer science
Experience in process analysis, process modelling and business process management, ideally with BPMN
Knowledge in IT service management, preferably with ITIL Foundation
Initial experience in project management, e.g. HERMES or comparable methods
High affinity for artificial intelligence and its use in the business software environment
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Very good German and good English skills
