Role:
Do you want to actively shape the technical development of powerful internet and provider networks? In this position, you take responsibility for the design, construction, and operation of modern ISP infrastructures and work on challenging customer projects.
Another focus is on the automation of network processes. With Python and Ansible, you further develop existing solutions and simultaneously help to expand standards and technical competencies within the team.
Responsibilities:
Planning, building, and continuous optimisation of ISP networks
Development and standardisation of network services and technical operational processes
Technical implementation of complex customer projects in the ISP environment
Automation of network tasks and processes with Python and Ansible
Support of engineers with technical questions as well as professional knowledge transfer
Support in technical offers and presales activities as well as creation of documentation and instructions
Qualifications:
Technical basic training or comparable qualification
Cisco CCNP mandatory, a CCIE certification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in planning and operating ISP networks
Very good knowledge of Python and/or Ansible in the field of network automation
Strong interest in modern network architectures, automation, and technical innovations
Structured, independent, and reliable working style as well as good German and English skills
