HVAC Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a technically skilled professional as a HF HVAC / Building Services Technician for the planning and realisation of diverse building services projects. You will work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in new builds, conversions and renovations and accompany the projects from technical conception to commissioning. Your main tasks include dimensioning, technical calculations, execution planning and specialist coordination as well as monitoring costs, deadlines and quality. The position offers a varied field of activity at the interface between HVAC engineering, project planning and realisation.
Responsibilities:
Planning and technical processing of HVAC projects in new build, conversion and renovation projects
Project planning and design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Carrying out dimensioning, technical calculations and variant comparisons
Creation and processing of project, execution and system schematics as well as technical documentation
Development of energy-efficient solutions for heat generation, heat distribution, ventilation and air conditioning
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, suppliers and contractors
Preparation of tender documents, specifications and technical specifications
Monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines and execution quality within the assigned projects
Technical support of assembly and realisation as well as conducting site inspections
Support with commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and handover of systems
Conducting system analyses and operational optimisations to improve energy efficiency and operational safety
Application of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services and energy regulations
Qualifications:
Completed basic training with EFZ in the field of building services HVAC/HLKS, for example as a building services planner or comparable technical qualification
Further training as a certified HF building services technician, building services project manager or comparable qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in planning, project design or realisation of HVAC systems
Expertise in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as in the technical dimensioning of systems
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services standards
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 as well as CAD/building services planning software
Good German language skills for technical documentation and project management
