What you will achieve.

• In this exciting role, you operate the overhead line tractor (FZM) to carry out maintenance and renewal work on overhead line systems.
• Preparing the machine for the shift is also part of your duties, as well as supporting the regional overhead line teams when needed.
• Operating the overhead line tractor requires independent work but is always done in a two-person team – teamwork and clear communication are therefore essential.
• With your know-how and manual skills, you can handle various work equipment, with safety being your top priority.

What you bring with you.

• You are a team player with a strong safety awareness and enjoy continuously developing yourself professionally and personally.
• Irregular working hours including night and weekend work are part of your daily routine. You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
• For this position, you need a completed vocational training EFZ in a manual trade.
• You are motivated to further develop into a train driver (locomotive driver) of category A or B100. During full-time training (4-9 months), you will receive 100% remuneration.
• German language skills (level B2) in spoken and written form are required and you hold a category B driving licence.
