Regional Manager SME - Chablais Region
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the SME sales force in the region,
- Identify opportunities and development levers for commercial clients,
- Promote, beyond credit, all advice and services intended for businesses,
- Foster strategic dialogue with the largest companies in the region,
- Develop the commercial skills of advisors (sales coaching),
- Collaborate intensively with the heads of Private Banking and Retail Banking,
- Be the daily SME ambassador through the active development of your network,
- Actively participate in the commercial development projects of the SME department.
Your profile:
- University or advanced banking education,
- In-depth knowledge of the regional economic fabric,
- Proven experience in business financing and team management,
- Interpersonal ease, leadership and determination to develop new commercial relationships.
