You combine sound technical know-how with enthusiasm for cyber security and want to support companies in implementing modern security solutions? In this versatile position, you work at the interface between IT security, network and customer consulting and are an important technical contact person for various partners.
In addition to technical support in the project environment, knowledge transfer is also central. You present modern security technologies, support with technical questions and continuously expand your know-how through ongoing engagement with new solutions.
Responsibilities:
Technical support for partners in planning, implementing and using modern security solutions
Consulting and support in pre- and post-sales as well as assistance with technical projects
Conducting technical product presentations and training sessions
Analysis and resolution of complex issues in network and security environments
Close technical collaboration with international technology manufacturers
Continuous evaluation of new technologies and sharing of acquired expertise
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, network or IT security; alternatively, a degree in cybersecurity
Several years of experience with ICT security and network environments, especially firewall, routing, switching, WLAN as well as endpoint or email security
Strong interest in new security technologies and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
Analytical and structured thinking as well as the ability to understand technical contexts thoroughly
Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality with an independent working style
Very good German skills and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
