Full-time Vocational Trainer*in Nursing HF, Bombach Location

Tasks

• You work as a trained professional in the care and support of residents, whenever possible together with apprentices/students.
• You are responsible as a full-time vocational trainer*in for planning and implementing all processes related to our apprentices and students.
• Together with a committed education team, you are responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement of our training conditions.

Profile

• Solid and reflective professional experience, preferably in the field of people with dementia
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as recognised further training in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1) or willingness to complete this
• A heart for our residents and apprentices/students, using the scope for design to create an optimal connection
• Interest in shaping and further developing a future-oriented offer tailored to the needs of the residents
• Enthusiasm, creativity and innovative ideas that you like to implement to offer our residents a pleasant home

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 93,838 to CHF 125,386 (100%) depending on experience.
