Your Tasks

You carry out the triage and distribution of sample materials.
You are responsible for the complete recording of internal and external orders in laboratory medicine.
You define the invoice recipients for external orders and handle the administrative tasks.
You independently organise the shipment of samples domestically and abroad.
You are in constant communication with the clinics.
You work according to accredited guidelines.
Within the scope of your duties, you can take responsibility for various tasks.

Your Profile

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or equivalent certificate
Independent and resilient personality
Careful working method and interest in professional development
Quick comprehension in dealing with new software systems
Team player and enjoyment of collaboration
