The Municipality of Saint-Imier is offering, for the 2027 intake, two apprenticeship positions as

Are you interested in the administrative field and wish to discover how a municipality operates? We offer a varied three-year training during which you will explore the activities of several municipal departments and regularly interact with the public.

During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the activities of the following departments:

• Resident Control
• Social Services
• Chancellery
• Building and Sports Infrastructure Services / Urban Planning and Mobility Service
• AHV Agency
• Finance Department

Profile sought:

• Interest in administrative work and numbers
• A sense of public service and welcoming the population
• Ease in human contact
• Organisational skills, punctuality and motivation
• Comfort with common IT tools
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Desire to learn and commit throughout the three years of training
