FR-ENG Management Controller 70-80%

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a FR-ENG Management Controller 70-80% for a service company.

Mission:

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings of the activity according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
• Reporting and monitoring of KPIs, including CSRD sustainability Reporting indicators on social and environmental commitments
• Revenue recognition and cost control, risk management, monthly forecast and budget
• Cash flow forecasting
• Responsible for the internal control system ICS
• Participation in Group Finance projects
• Support to the Financial Management on various projects
• Project controlling and Business review
• Deputising for the accountant

Profile

• Commercial/university education and diploma in management control
• Native French speaker, fluent English and German a strong asset
• 3 years of successful experience in management control in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of general and financial accounting
• MS Office, advanced Excel and ideally Power BI
• Serious, motivated, proactive and autonomous
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly
