Specialist Accounting & Controlling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Role:
You want to combine accounting and controlling and not only manage existing processes but actively develop them further? For an internationally active industrial company, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines operational financial tasks with controlling, reporting and process optimisation. You can expect a versatile role with direct influence on the further development of the finance department.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the operational financial accounting and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You prepare management reports as well as actual vs. target, budget and forecast analyses
You support financial planning and prepare decision-making bases for management
You ensure high quality of bookings, data and financial statements
You further develop accounting and controlling processes and contribute to digitalisation and automation projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and several years of experience in accounting and/or controlling
You possess sound knowledge in financial accounting and financial statement preparation
You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Fluent German language skills are required
