As a Real Estate Accountant, you independently manage the complete accounting of a portfolio of properties, from closings to financial statements and reporting. You will join a growing real estate player offering a stimulating environment, transformation projects, and genuine career prospects.

Our client is a leading real estate player in French-speaking Switzerland managing a significant asset portfolio and continuing its development through new mandates. In a context of growth and transformation, it is strengthening its Finance team to support its long-term ambitions and is recruiting an Experienced Real Estate Accountant m.f.d at 100% in Lausanne, Vaud.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting of a property portfolio;
• Perform periodic closings;
• Prepare charge statements and participate in budgets;
• Prepare financial statements and reporting;
• Collaborate with property management teams and external partners;
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and tools.

Candidate Profile

• Training in accounting or finance;
• Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland;
• Autonomy up to closings;
• Proficiency in Excel and IT tools;
• Knowledge of Quorum is an asset;
• Reliable, rigorous and proactive personality;
• Desire to progress and take on more responsibilities.
