You want to view AI not just as a technology but to shape its concrete added value for a company? In this role, you take on strategic responsibility for digital transformation and develop concrete solutions together with various departments. You combine technical understanding with business orientation, governance, and change management.
Responsibilities:
You develop the company-wide AI strategy and AI landscape and drive its implementation forward.
You identify and realise AI and automation potentials across various departments.
You support the organisation in the AI transformation, further develop employees, and create acceptance for new technologies.
You bring together topics such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, data, automation, data protection, and information security.
You report directly to management and prospectively build an AI team.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
You have already developed and successfully implemented digitalisation or AI strategies.
You have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud, data, and automation.
You can connect technological possibilities with concrete business requirements and measurable benefits.
You have experience in leading cross-departmental projects.
You communicate confidently with management, departments, and IT and navigate confidently at different stakeholder levels.
You have a good understanding of governance, data protection, information security, and responsible AI use.
You work strategically, reliably, and with a strong focus on change and implementation.
You communicate fluently in German.
