Campaign Manager "Rendez-vous aux jardins" (60%)
Workplace: Bern, 2-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
The Swiss Network for Cultural Heritage coordinates the Swiss edition of "Rendez-vous aux jardins", a European initiative aimed at raising awareness and promoting garden culture, historic gardens, and cultural landscapes. For the establishment and success of this campaign, we are looking for a committed person as campaign manager from 1 December or by agreement.
Tasks
Establishment, coordination, implementation, and development of the campaign. Supervision and coordination of organisers, partner organisations, authorities, owners, as well as other actors. Planning and implementation of national measures in media, communication, and marketing. Support and curation of the campaign, as well as coordination of event listings on digital platforms. Fundraising, partner and sponsor acquisition. Management control, evaluation, and reporting on the campaign. Maintaining relations with European coordination bodies.
Profile
University degree, preferably at master’s level, in a relevant field (e.g., history, art history, architectural history, archaeology); equivalent training or professional experience also possible. Experience in project, event, or campaign management. Knowledge of marketing as well as digital and traditional public relations. Experience collaborating with authorities, cultural institutions, and various partner organisations. Very good command of French and German, both spoken and written; Italian and English are assets. A personality with a keen sense of organisation and communication, initiative, and great autonomy. Interest in cultural heritage, built culture, garden culture, as well as historic gardens and cultural landscapes.
